Robin Middleton

Robin is an Associate with Crowe MacKay LLP’s head office in Kelowna, specializing in professional standards, training and development for the firm’s eight western offices.  She has extensive experience in the credit union and banking industries. Robin was the Chief Financial Officer at Tourism BC, Executive Director, Internal Audit at BC Ferries, and senior manager with KPMG LLP.  She has a commerce degree (distinction) from Mount St Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1991.

Robin has a long history of community involvement. Since 1979, she has served as  a volunteer, board member or treasurer for organizations such as UNICEF, the United Way, the Military Family Resource Center,  Boys & Girls Services Society, the MS Society,  Project Literacy, Habitat for Humanity and the Okanagan Mission Rotary Club.

Robin was appointed to our board in May 2012.  Robin currently serves as chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, vice-chair of the Human Resources Committee and is also a member of First West Foundation.
